Shop Online: Order anytime at www.TopTools4Tots.com. Add all the items you want to purchase to the shopping cart. When you're ready to complete the transaction, click "Proceed to checkout". We will not process your order until you've completed the checkout process by clicking “Continue/Place Order”.
By Fax: Print out and complete the Online Order Form, including payment information, and fax to                919-772-3981.
By Phone: Customer Service Representatives are available Monday – Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern time. Please call toll-free: 1-888-58-4TOTS (8687), option 1.
By Mail: Print out and complete the Online Order Form. Mail completed form along with a Money Order payable to TopTools4Tots.com, 100 Cupp Court, Raleigh, NC 27603.

Payment Options

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Money Orders.

Purchase Order Agreements can be made to accommodate schools and government institutions with an authorized purchase order number. Terms are net 20 days from the date of the invoice. Monthly interest will be added to past due, unpaid account balances at 1.5%.

We regularly offer exciting discounts and promotions on featured items. Each deal is governed by a set of rules that are spelled out in the fine print that appears with that offer.

Sales Tax

We are required by law to collect sales tax on all merchandise delivered within the state of Maryland. A 5% sales tax will be added to your checkout. Maryland tax-exempt customers are required to include a tax certificate number with all orders. First-time customers must fax a copy of the tax-exempt certificate to 240-473-6804.

No sales tax will be applied to orders delivered outside of Maryland.

Errors And Omissions

We do our very best to provide accurate and up-to-date product information. However, in the event of an error or omission, we reserve the right to make corrections prior to processing your order. We will notify you of the correction and give you the option to proceed with your order. All orders are subject to availability, cleared funds, and confirmation of price.

Off Shore and International Orders

Most items are only available for delivery within the contiguous United States. International customers will need to contact us to find out product availability, shipping cost, and ordering instructions.

Order Tracking

As soon as we ship your order, we'll send you an e-mail message to let you know it's on the way. If available, we'll include a tracking number with instructions as to how to track your order.

Back Orders

Occasionally, popular items sell out fast. We will notify you as soon as possible if an item you ordered is going to be delayed.

Shipping Rates & Times

All shipping prices quoted on the website are based on a STANDARD size/weight for shipping within the 48 contiguous United States.

We know how excited you are to receive your order and we will do everything we can to get it to you as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed, packed and shipped within 72 hours of receipt. However, if you place an order on Friday after 5pm or on Saturday or Sunday, it will be processed on Monday. You can expect to have your item(s) delivered within 5 to 10 business days. If you have a large or custom order, please allow up to 6 weeks for delivery. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. If your item(s) will be delayed beyond our stated shipment time, we will contact you. If your order contains multiple items, you may receive separate boxes at varying times.

Receiving Shipments

Customers are to verify and inspect all shipments at time of delivery. Check for any obvious or concealed damage. If you are not satisfied with the condition or quality of the shipment, make a note of it on the bill of lading BEFORE the freight carrier leaves and notify us of any damage within 48 hours of delivery.

Return Policy

All returns MUST be authorized by our office and must be requested within 15 days after delivery. Returns must be in original, unused condition and packaging. When requesting authorization to return shipment, please include date of purchase and invoice number. Customers are subject to additional shipping charges and/or a 25% to 30% restocking fee for returned shipments.

Returned items without prior authorization from us will be refused, and the customer will be charged for shipping in both directions and a 25% to 30% restocking fee.

Order Cancellation Policy

Please make cancellation requests as soon as possible. We can guarantee your order cancellation as long as the order has not been sent to the factory.

If your order was already processed and shipped, and you still want to cancel your order, you are subject to additional shipping charges and a 25% to 30% restocking fee and/or an administrative fee.

If you receive an order that you attempted to cancel, accept delivery of the shipment and call our office for return instructions.

All our manufacturers offer warranties on their products. Warranties vary by each manufacturer and product. Please call us if you require more details.
